By using Sohoj Post you agree to these terms.
Your account and content
- You must have the right to manage every Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number and TikTok account you connect.
- You are responsible for the posts and videos you approve, and for the business information that automatic replies are based on. Automatic replies are written by software (an AI model) and can be switched off at any time.
- You must follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok, including their rules on messaging customers.
Not allowed
- Spam, scams, misleading offers, or content that is illegal in Bangladesh.
- Using Sohoj Post to message people who did not contact your business first.
Service
We work to keep Sohoj Post running, but platforms can change their rules or limit features at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
